  We are currently overseas and used KJ Reality after a recommendation of their property management services.
  Kelly's professionalism, care and attention to detail while managing our rental property in our absence was simply excellent.
  We really appreciated what a wonderful job Kelly did for us, especially going the extra mile(s) on several occasions for our benefit that we never expected a property manager would be prepared to do.

  Kelly is an amzing property manager. Always looking out for her tenants to ensure that they are comfortable in the property they are living in. Kelly is always contactable and very responsive to all emails and phone calls. We were sad to say goodbye to Kelly. Highly recomend Kelly as a property manager

  There we were at the end of a recce trip and desperate to find a rental unit. Stuck on the side of the road with a flat tyre, unable to make it for a home viewing, Kelly’s reassuring voice was a breath of fresh air. She face timed us to show us the unit instead. Though in the end we took up another unit from another agent cos of time constraints on our part, Kelly was always responsive, kind and helpful. You get much more than a real estate agent with Kelly.

  My wife and I want to publicly express our gratitude to Ms Kelly Jones for her professionalism, courtesy and kindness when we visited a property in Perth's inner city this week.Kelly treated us with dignity and respect that we hadn't found over some 10 other inspections we attended that same week. As an experienced tenant I am no stranger to property managers that try and rush things, treat people like numbers, and do not care much really. Ms Kelly was the opposite of all that. Like I said, she treats prospect tenants with dignity. I strongly reccomend KJ Realty.

  Kelly has managed my property for quite some time now and I can honestly say she is AMAZING! She is so professional, has really high standards, communicates so well with both me as a landlord and my tenants and is overall just lovely and perfect for managing any property. I cannot recommend her enough.
